While it has been a little over a month since my last (first) entry, I have made a personal comittment to myself that I will use this blog to both my advantage and yours.  It is my purpose here to make new friends, establish new relationships and exchange ideas, thoughts and strategies to improve upon all aspects of our lives. 

I’ve spent more time away then I would have liked to but as a total newbie in the online marketing world, I’ve immersed myself in learning all I can about all aspects.  Needless to say, there’s lots to learn!  During this process, I’ve learned quite a bit and rather proud of myself for some of these accomplishments.   One biggy is that I designed and published a simple capture page with software that I purchased.  I’d love it if you checked it out and told me what you thought.  Keep in mind I said “simple.”  Also, I opted not to put in any audio because this particular page was being placed on a campaign that did not allow audio.  My next project will definitely include audio.

The Buzz About My Biz will obviously focus on business opportunities, online marketing strategies, marketing resources, and such.  However, all aspects of my life are a work in progress and I am always open to whatever it is that will help me become a better me and ultimately, the world a better place. 

My name is Andrea and I have recently taken the plunge into an online business opportunity.  Business has been something I’ve always been interested in but never pursued.  Although I never thought about an ”online” business, you just never know what life will present to you.  

I felt I did my due diligence before signing up and had no expectations of making a 6 figure income within the first week or month.  My intention was to find a legitimate biz opportunity where I could generate income.  After searching the internet and sending for much info from different programs I narrowed my prospectives down to three.  What ultimately convinced me as to which program I eventually signed up with was a “free” ebook that I received (Great reading, went out and bought the hard copy) and the personal support that they offered.  They were available and answered the phone. 

What I didn’t realize, was the amount of information you need to learn.  And I’m not talking so much about the program per se as I am about Internet Marketing.  Autoresponders, websites, domains, adwords, advertising, web hosting companies, etc.  It’s been about 3 weeks now since I pushed the sign up button and paid my money.  In that time I have done a ton of reading, conference calls, asked questions, and signed up for other necessary resources (wordpress, advertising, forums, Aweber, etc).  

I’ve taken full advantage of the training and personal support offered by this Proven Team of Leaders and today the lightbulb started to flicker!!  Yipee!  I’m starting to see the light! Which brings me to this Blog and the start of The Buzz About My Biz.
