Autoresponder – Aweber is the autoresponder I use and I am completely satisfied with.  Training and customer support are excellent.  If you join up with them, be sure to take advantage of their webinar trainings.

Stat Counter – StatCounter.com is a FREE web counter service that offers lifetime summary stats covering all your pageloads and a detailed analaysis of you last 500 pageloads.  Easy to use, read and understand.  If you can install code onto your webpages, this is a MUST have!  I just started using it last week and am totally impressed.
